If you purchased the product directly from BIG TEETH, contact your BIG TEETH sales representative or Customer Sales Operations Specialist. To ensure the fastest response, please follow our Product Return Process. All BIG TEETH products are guaranteed from defects for a full year from the date of shipment. Please note: Any items that are customized or made-to-order cannot be returned or exchanged.
